Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator
We are a growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fireplace company looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and help keep our field teams running efficiently.
This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining an organized warehouse, managing inventory and parts, coordinating fleet readiness, and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to serve our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse
- Track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Receive, stock, and distribute parts and materials
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Assist with company fleet organization, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle readiness
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and inventory processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry is a plus

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
